    We prioritise eco-conscious materials wherever possible. For the long-term care of your artwork, archival acid-free protection is used where necessary.

Each art print is made to order locally, printed on the South East Coast of Australia and carefully packaged using eco-conscious materials. Please allow up to 7 business days for print processing, and 1-2 business days for card-only orders before dispatch. To reduce carbon emissions and avoid split shipments, all items are sent together once your print is ready.

International Delivery

While our entire collection is available for Australian orders, we have extended our Art Prints for delivery to New Zealand. Please note that any local customs fees or taxes for our New Zealand community are the responsibility of the recipient. We suggest checking your local guidelines to ensure a seamless delivery.

Sustainable packaging

We hand-pack every print with care using thoughtfully chosen materials designed to protect your art while reducing our environmental impact as much as possible.

Wherever practical, we use recycled and recyclable materials and work with local suppliers to keep transport emissions low.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Orders are handled with care, but if something goes wrong, support is available. If an item appears faulty or damaged, you're welcome to reach out with a photo so the issue can be assessed. Where appropriate, customers are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair in line with consumer rights.

To assist with a smooth resolution, it's recommended to take photos of any damage and get in touch promptly.

Returns information

Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases due to the nature of my products but we genuinely care about your experience.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing in transit, please get in touch as soon as possible with Customer care. I’ll do everything I can to remedy the issue promptly and thoughtfully in alignment with Australian consumer law.
