    We prioritise eco-conscious materials wherever possible. For the long-term care of your artwork, archival acid-free protection is used where necessary.

Each art print is made to order locally, printed on the South East Coast of Australia and carefully packaged using eco-conscious materials. Please allow up to 7 business days for print processing, and 1-2 business days for card-only orders before dispatch. To reduce carbon emissions and avoid split shipments, all items are sent together once your print is ready.

International Delivery Policy

We offer tracked international shipping to New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and select European destinations (including Sweden, France, Italy, Belgium, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Ireland, and the Netherlands). All international orders travel via premium International Express shipping networks to ensure swift delivery.

Please note that any local customs fees, import duties, or VAT applied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon arrival. We suggest checking your local guidelines to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

We hand-pack every print with care using thoughtfully chosen materials designed to protect your art while reducing our environmental impact as much as possible.

Wherever practical, we use recycled and recyclable materials and work with local suppliers to keep transport emissions low.

Lost or Damaged Goods

Orders are handled with care, but if something goes wrong, support is available. If an item appears faulty or damaged, you're welcome to reach out with a photo so the issue can be assessed. Where appropriate, customers are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair in line with consumer rights.

To assist with a smooth resolution, it's recommended to take photos of any damage and get in touch promptly.

Returns information

Change of Mind

Returns are not accepted for change of mind purchases due to the made to order and small batch nature of my products. Please consider your purchase thoughtfully and if you have any questions before purchasing, please contact Customer Care for any assistance.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or goes missing in transit, please get in touch immediately with Customer care. If an item is lost, an investigation will be launched with the delivery network and a replacement will be sent. For items that arrive damaged, please include clear photos of both the external packaging and the item so I can promptly resolve the issue in alignment with Australian consumer law.
