Lost or Damaged Goods

Orders are handled with care, but if something goes wrong, support is available. If an item appears faulty or damaged, you're welcome to reach out with a photo so the issue can be assessed. Where appropriate, customers are entitled to a refund, exchange, or repair in line with consumer rights.

To assist with a smooth resolution, it's recommended to take photos of any damage and get in touch promptly.
